Australian Customers
Most items purchased for delivery within Australia will be shipped using Australia Post using rigid mailers and protective sleeves to ensure your item arrives safely.
Registered and Express Post is available on request at an extra cost.
Foreign Customers - Americas, USA, UK & Europe, Asia & Oceania
Items will be shipped using Australia Post - AirMail. The typical delivery time from the moment your item is posted will be between 7 to 10 days.
Express Post or Registered Post is not available for all destinations.
Most items will be either Free to post or have a fixed postage charge. Confirm postage at CheckOut
All transactions will receive an email advising of postage dates
We will also combine the postage cost for purchases going to the same address, and we only charge you what we pay. No added extras.
Returns & Replacement
Returns will be replaced free of charge or a gift voucher/credit note will be provided for the original purchase amount - minus the postage cost.
Returns will be accepted if your purchase is damaged in transit.
Do to the nature of the artworks being sold, where reproductions can be made. We regret to advise that Returns will NOT be accepted for Change of Mind
Returns will be accepted up to one (1) month from the first delivery confirmation email.
Please note any damaged items of which you wish to receive a refund or omniartist.com.au credit we will need to have the item returned to us at your cost. Replacement items will be posted FREE of charge to you.
Insurance: If you have opted for Registered Post, you are automatically covered for up to $100 incase your item is lost or damaged. In the unlikely event that this will happen, you will be required to complete a claim form with Australia Post and provide the Registered Post Number that will be emailed to you in your Postage Notification Email.
